Pleasant hotel in the center of Hanioti. Clean rooms, nice pool and the beach is close. Value for money in line.
Трећи кревет у соби није био нормалне величине.

The hotel is situatied in the centre of the village which is very convenient. The hotel staff is very polite.
Cleanliness should definitely be one of the top priorities tohe hotel management for improvement. Towels and sheets are changed every third day, and it should be everyday.

The place in the centre was strategic.
TV was not working good, toilet was moving all around, the safe was not screw down. Typical greek hotel - very nice and clear but with lots of non-working things ;)

position of the hotel
the hotel it's really dirty, the pillow was yellow and not only the pillow, in the bathroom there were rubbish and body hair of the guest before and they clean the room after 2 days and after I asked them 3 times. the don't clean the room and they don't change they towel every day but every 2 or 3 days.the shower it's really small and to do it you have to touch the wall and the curtain, both dirty and black...there ware ants going out from the pavement of the shower.the hotel use to dry the towels (they probably wash themself) in front of the swimmingpool in the balaustrade were everyone have to walk to go out the hotel. the breakfast it's quite poor but for the price of the hotel it's ok.the price it's good but it doesn't justify it.

The staff was very nice, willing to help and always smiling. The pool of the hotel is great. It's big enough, clean and you can always choose the sun or the shadow. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the main road but also close to the village center and beach. The AC was included in the price, uncommon for Greece I would say. The price is fair for what it offers.
I didn't like the fact that it does not have internet connection. The furniture is ok, but it has a yellowis-sick color. The shower (which is just a curtain) could be improved and the walls could be repainted because they were dirty in some areas.

From many hotels trough Booked.net this one was far out the worse we have ever visited.Greece in known as the sun and fruit country, well not in this hotel which proudly plays with 3 stars but actually is registered as a 2 star hotel. In and out of the room you get the impression that the owner does not want to spend any money to let the guest have a good time. Thanks to the receptionist Diana our vacation was not entirely a disaster. She was very sweet and helped us so much.
The breakfast is bellow any normal standards, one day some watermelon and 4 days none. Juice comes from some cheap instant powder. Upon arrival the room was very dirty with hairs laying all around, only two towels and no floor bathroom towel, when asked it was supplied to us. No warm water, we asked several times and they promised to turn the boiler on, but this without real results as it stayed lukewarm. We had a problem in our bathroom as the shower spray holder was broken and waited 3 days of our 7 days stay to get this fixed, even when some one came with tools to fix the shower, he left by saying “all ok” without even solving the problem.

We loved the location and the view we had to the main road from our room. The price was quite good and the dinner we took one day was great. The breakfaqst was typical but fresh.
We didn't like the fact that alla the plates in the breakfast was uncovered, some towels were torn and the TV didn't have good reception. Most important the room got cleaned every second day. Since my wife is pregnant we asked for everyday cleaning that didn't happened although we put the sing in our room in the morning.

The staff members were very polite, the food was delicious, it's a very good place for families - my kids loved the swiming pool.
The hotel itself was very good, but it is located at about 200 meters from the Hanioti beach, which was very crowded. We would drive every day 7 km. from Hanioti, pass Pefkohori and spend the day in those beaches - they were wonderful.

if you do not care about comfort and just need a place in centre of the cirt relativly close to the sea
1. breakfast always same and very poor, never find the fresh bread or variety of cookies, yougurt and juice always finished 2. hair dryer awfull - can not be used 3. air conditioning very noisy - it distrurbs normal sleeping 4. no satellite channels on tv, only local language channels
